RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned:

• unworn, unwashed and undamaged (panties must be tried on over your own underwear)
• in the original packaging with all tags attached
• within 30 days of purchase

Final sale items are non-refundable. 

Damaged/unsaleable items will not be credited or refunded. If you want to have these items returned to you, please contact us by email and include arrangements for the cost of the return.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Returns are processed in 6-8 days after receipt, and refund can be expected 5-7 days after processing. 

If multiple items are purchased as a bundle and are not all returned, all benefits of that order, including discounts, will be lost on the refund of the returned item.
